Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Jedset Performance, we take pride in providing quality aftermarket and performance automotive parts. Due to the specialized nature of the products we sell, all sales are final.

Oversized Items

Any item that meets one or more of the following conditions is considered an Oversized Item:

• Exceeds 25 inches in length, width, or height.
• Weighs more than 30 lbs.

Oversized items may require additional shipping charges beyond the amount shown at checkout. If additional shipping costs apply, a member of our team will contact you before your order is processed. You will have the option to approve the additional shipping cost or cancel the order for a full refund.

Certain oversized products may not be eligible for standard shipping and may require freight shipping or local pickup.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Jedset Performance are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any products purchased through our website, retail store, phone orders, email orders, or special orders.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to verify all product specifications, fitment, compatibility, and application before placing an order.

If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your vehicle or application, please contact Jedset Performance prior to purchase.

Special Order, Custom Order & Electrical Components

All special-order, custom-order, made-to-order, electrical, tuning, software, and electronic products are strictly non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.

Manufacturer Warranty

Any product warranty is provided solely by the product manufacturer and is subject to the manufacturer's terms, conditions, limitations, and approval process.

Customers are responsible for contacting and working directly with the manufacturer for all warranty claims, technical support, product defects, replacements, or warranty-related concerns.

Jedset Performance does not process, manage, approve, or guarantee manufacturer warranty claims and assumes no responsibility for the outcome of any warranty request.

Limitation of Liability

Jedset Performance shall not be liable for any labor costs, installation charges, towing expenses, vehicle downtime, loss of use, loss of profits, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, installation, or use of products sold.

Policy Acceptance

By placing an order with Jedset Performance, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are estimates based on the information available at the time of purchase. If a carrier applies additional surcharges due to package dimensions, weight, remote delivery location, or other factors, Jedset Performance reserves the right to contact the customer for any additional shipping charges before fulfilling the order.

Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Special-order or backordered items may require additional processing time. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.

Delivery

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Jedset Performance is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any costs associated with returned packages, address corrections, or reshipping due to incorrect information provided by the customer are the customer's responsibility.

Refused Shipments

Orders refused by the customer may be subject to return shipping charges, carrier fees, and any applicable restocking fees before a refund is issued, if eligible.

Local Pickup

Some oversized products may only be available for local pickup due to shipping restrictions. If an item is not eligible for shipping, our team will contact you after your order is placed to arrange pickup or discuss alternative shipping options.
